PUBLIC SPEAKING TRAINER
Public speaking trainers have clearly been taught to teach public speaking. A public speaking trainer has to have some accreditation to be able to impart the important elements of public speaking.
Public speaking today requires one to have all the right elements. Such as he or she must do the basic breathing and relaxation exercises.
Public speaking trainers can put the students at ease through the many techniques for example, diction and enunciation skills, projection skills and voice and breathing exercises.
Public speaking trainers carefully nurture their students through encouragement and assistance. I believe that as a public speaking trainer, I am more than qualified to do just this.
I, as a public speaking trainer, have trained many students for day to day public speaking, various competitions such as the National Eisteddfod Academy, and Trinity Guildhall exams. Communication skills are imperative in order to try and get one’s point across clearly.
Some of the requirements for public speaking skills can include thanking a speaker or introducing a speaker, or being the main keynote speaker.
Some of the topics that one can train for in the public speaking field are for example an after-dinner speaker, farewell speech , a persuasive or a moral speech. Sermons or stories are also considered as public speaking speeches.
It is important to receive one on one training rather than group training in the public speaking field. I work with students intensely, making sure that if they are speaking publicly, that they are fully prepared with correct body language, correct speech and diction and cue cards correctly placed. Clearly the speeches have to be the correct timing and the delivery excellent
I also make absolutely certain that the students who are speaking are totally comfortable with the topic they are talking about. The topics must also be age appropriate.
